How long will it take for my server to be set up?
As soon as your order has been verified, your dedicated server will be provisioned by our service delivery team. Typically you should expect to receive the log in details for your server within 1-3 working days, this will be dependent on the set up and complexity of the solution though.
Wii I have root/administrator access?
Yes, your dedicated server comes with full root and administrator access via SSH / RDP.
What is the minimum contract period?
We offer all dedicated servers on a simple monthly rolling contract, allowing you to cancel at any time by simply providing us with one month advance notice. We offer discounts for customers that take out a 12 or 24 month contract with their server – please contact our solutions team on +63 (02) 2459142 for more information.
Can I install a different control panel or other application?
Yes, you have full root/administrator access to your server, so you are free to customize and install the control panel and applications that best fit your specific needs. Please note we cannot provide support or assistance on third party control panels that we do not offer directly. We therefore recommend to choose cPanel or Plesk if you need a control panel on your server.
Can you help me migrate my sites over?
Yes, we offer a free migration service as standard. Our specialist migrations team will take care of migrating accounts over to your new server at a date and time convenient for. Please note we only support migrations from servers that run either CentOS 5 or higher, Debian 7 or higher, Fedora 21 or higher, CloudLinux 6 and higher and Windows Server 2008 or higher. Simply contact our support team to arrange your free migration.
